All our software comes with free e-mail and user forum support. We recommend that you use the support link for the product that you have a question on and use the online form to submit the question. We will respond back to you within 24 - 48 hours. Average response time is 3-4 hrs. You can also directly email us at support@gjcsoftware.com but make sure you put the product name in the subject line, i.e. EZ Viewer Question, this is to ensure that your mail does not get deleted by the spasm filters.
Do not send any attachments unless you are asked to. We will not open unsolicited e-mail with attachments.
